What is Monomethylsilanetriol?

Hi, I was wondering what the above-mentioned means/is, because someone I’m related to is a so called witch, clairvoyant or what they are called… Well, because I have acne she gave me something that would cure me. I don’t believe 100 percent in her kind of treatments, but I do believe in strong will… My question is really just what M. is, because she gave me something to drink consisting of only water and monomethylsilanetriol…

(BTW: this ’super’ water is supposed to cure everything… such as osteoporosis, arteriosclerosis, rheumatism, weak hair, skin problems, wrinkles, bad memory, kidney stones, etc.. and create peace on earth of course!) :D
