well, i used to be a vegetarian, but i didn’t get enough iron in my blood and became really sick, i dont know exactly how it increases the risk of osteoporosis, heart and kidney disease or cancer. but being that sick wasn’t fun. you should talk to a doctor.

This is maybe the one that helps the most. I think vegetarians are not doing their bodies good. I was one for three years and had no energy and one day I fell out due to heat exhaustion. I started eating meat the next day and found that I had much more energy and could stand the heat.
I think balance is the key.
