I need advice, my mom has serious osteoporosis on her thigh bone?
She just had for about 4 days, and each time she walks she has to move so slowly to get somewhere. This is serious, she can’t take this anymore. We already send her to the doctor.
I need help.
She will need to exercise very carefully until she has stronger bones! And weight-bearing exercise DOES help build bone strength. Food supplements should include calcium, an equal amount of magnesium, and strontium.
osteoporosis does not happen suddenly. Are you sure she does not have a broken bone? calcium, with Vit D and lots of milk.
