How do Calrate, Citrical and a calcium supplement differ?

    Have you been taking Calcium without magnesium?
    You need magnesium for calcium to be absorbed…
    this is what I take in a powdered from 1x @ night in milk…
    I don’t have osteoporosis…I do have osteopenia…a precursor to osteoporosis…I do a lot of weight bearing exercise & work out regularly through my job & classes for strength…
    I would talk with your doc. & ask him/her why he/she is switching you…each person has a different genetic make-up…
    ALL ONE (Calcium Complex) 1000 mg Calcium & 500 mg Magnesium 1 tbs. per day
    SIMPLY ONE (prenatal) one-per-day w/ 1,000 mcg Folic Acid which is good for brain function~this is multi vitamin / mineral supplement (vegan)
    It’s good not to take all the herbs in your vitamins, they can interfere with other medications…
    This is safe for babies…so, it is safe for adults…
